Adaptive Dance Class

This class is for any adult who loves to dance that may benefit from extra support and a relaxed class structure. Each class will be designed to accommodate a range of abilities and preferences, explore basic dance concepts, and include an adaptable dance combo. For our instructors to best prepare for the class, it is important that the caregiver openly shares how we can support the dancer and we will ask that you fill out a form to share that information with us.

We understand that some dancers may require extra support, and if you believe your dancer will have a better experience with a parent, guardian, friend, or caregiver present, they are encouraged to attend. For dancers apprehensive about attending, they are welcomed to view a class before attending with intent to participate. All levels of participation will be equally celebrated.

The studio is accessible and the bathroom is in the basement that you would get to by utilizing the elevator!
