Service Description
BarreBurn is a high-energy, full-body workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training. In this class, you'll work through a series of low-impact, high-intensity movements that target and tone your muscles, especially your core, legs, and glutes. Using the barre (a stationary handrail typically used in ballet) as a prop, you'll perform exercises that focus on small, controlled movements and high repetitions to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. BarreBurn is perfect for people of all fitness levels, and while the moves are inspired by ballet, you don’t need any dance experience to join in. Expect a workout that challenges your body, improves your posture, and leaves you feeling strong and empowered.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 2 hours prior to the class so that we can open up a spot in case there is a waitlist. If you do not contact us 2 hours before class or do not show up you will still be charged for the class.
