Service Description

Hula Hooping is NOT just for kids, we are bringing it back just for you! Hula hooping is a safe way to burn calories and body fat, improve your balance, strengthen your core muscles, and boost your cardiovascular fitness. And the best part? It's FUN! Join Quin, our instructor, for a 1 hour hula hooping class where you will explore different ways to hula hoop and incorporate dance movement into it. This is a beginner level class for ages 18+ and the hula hoop is provided!

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 2 hours prior to the class so that we can open up a spot in case there is a waitlist. If you do not contact us 2 hours before class or do not show up you will still be charged for the class.
