Service Description

Join us for a class to strengthen your core based on a combination of pilates and yoga, while also taking time to be mindful and in tune with your body! All levels are welcome to take this class and multiple difficulty levels of every exercise will be provided (easy-hard).

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 2 hours prior to the class so that we can open up a spot in case there is a waitlist. If you do not contact us 2 hours before class or do not show up you will still be charged for the class.
